My name is Donna Payne, CWG, Web Developer, Writer & Author.
I am The Web Coach and have been working on the Internet since 1996 helping many people just like YOU!

(by the way, CWG = Chief Web Goddess)

My Story: I’m a former corporate Web Master from one of the top 3 telecommunications companies in the world. While I absolutely loved my job, I hated locking horns with engineers, designers and IT folks who just didn’t ‘get’ marketing.

It was a constant battle… I developed websites with my “one click” philosophy to increase customer service reps productivity.

For example: Have you ever made a phone call to company and been stuck on the line for 10-20-30 minutes while the service rep tries to process your request? Maddening isn’t it? That’s because the service rep can’t find what they need to help you.

I was so frustrated. I really felt my talent, creativity and passion were being wasted.

I didn’t know this at the time, but through the power of attraction (you create your own destiny with your thoughts) my thoughts soon became a reality. Corporate downsizing and restructuring allowed me to go my own way…

After a decade of corporate life my inner-vision (entrepreneural vision I should say!) took over. When you have solid experience, talent and an overwhelming desire to break free of corporate America, and the support of my God-like Business Coach Travis Greenlee, YOU MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Helping real people, solo-professionals, and entrepreneurs is who I am, NOT a computer geek sitting in a corporate cube farm. Buh-bye guys! “Categorize all you want”, as I skipped out the door for the last time.

I can now be reached at my cozy home office, favorite coffee shop or at one of my kids games in the heart of Ohio. aaah!
