If you do not already have a copy of the Get Clients Now! 3rd Edition book by C.J. Hayden, please purchase a copy as soon as possible. You can purchase it online or in stores from many booksellers, or order a copy from http://www.getclientsnow.com/book.htm.

2. MATERIALS FOR THE SEMINAR SESSIONS

Please have the below 4 handouts and the book available during the seminar sessions as we’ll be referring to them. You will need to print the Action Worksheet, as we will start to fill it out during the call. You may also wish to have paper to write on and/or a notebook for this course to organize your materials.

The teleconference bridge line for our sessions will be 712 775-7000.  Please call this number at the scheduled start time for each session. You will need to enter an access code, which is 530341#. You will be responsible for any long distance charges to call this line. Take a moment now to enter the bridge line and access code in your calendar so it’s handy when it’s time to call in. Please do not call this number at any unscheduled time. Our calls may be recorded to facilitate learning.

  • One person speaks at a time.
  • Ask to be recognized when you wish to speak.
  • Identify yourself by name.
  • Minimize background noise and interruptions.
  • Use a land line for best call quality (if you still have one). No speakerphones, please.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Please pay special attention to this schedule.

There are two parts to this program:

1) a kickoff seminar that takes place in two teleclass sessions one week apart, followed by 2) a series of group coaching sessions.

Each of the two seminar sessions will last 90 minutes. You will need to attend BOTH sessions. During the seminar you will learn some important marketing principles and receive training on how to use the Get Clients Now! program.

Seminar Session #1:
Tuesday, March 17,  12pm-1:30 pm Eastern (-5 GMT), 5pm in London,  9am in Los Angles.

Seminar Session #2:
Thursday, March 19th,  12pm-1:30 pm Eastern (-5 GMT), 5pm in London,  9am in Los Angles.

The group coaching sessions that follow the seminar will last 45-60 minutes, depending on the number of participants. During these sessions you will receive coaching, feedback and an accountability structure while you implement your 28-day marketing action plan.

Tuesdays, Mar 24-April 14, 12-12:45 pm. (-5 GMT), 5pm in London,  9am in Los Angles.

Thursday, April 16th, 12-12:45 pm. (-5 GMT), 5pm in London,  9am in Los Angles.

IMPORTANT: A second coaching session option starting 1 hour later on the same days will be added if 10 or more register for the course. If 10 or fewer people are in the course, only the above coaching sessions will be available. (I will be able to tell you if the second coaching session option is available on the first day of class.)

FIELDWORK TO PREPARE FOR SESSION 1:

To prepare for the seminar, please do the following:

1. Measure how much business you are generating now each month. Use a measure like:

  • number of clients, accounts, or listings
  • number of paying appointments scheduled
  • number of billable hours or days
  • gross revenue (total dollars billed or received)
  • dollar volume of sales or accounts
  • number of new qualified prospects or sales presentations

2. Set a target for yourself, using the same measure, of how much business you really want to have.

3. Set a target, using the same measure, of where you would like to be at the end of this program.

4. Read as much of chapters 1-3 in the Get Clients Now! book as you can.

TELECLASS PROTOCOL

Please plan to be on time and to stay on the call for the entire time. Land lines and corded phones are best, but cordless phones and headsets are fine if we can hear you. Cell phones and Internet phone services are unpredictable so please do not use them for these calls. You will want to take notes during the sessions, so driving is not a good idea!  LOL!
