New projects are estimated at a fixed rate, however; we do offer our hourly rate for quick website updates, development additions, and design work for current and past clients.
If you’re already a client, you know we work fast and always provide the most timely, efficient service. We get as many details as possible and then give an estimate of hours before moving forward.
- Current customers on our maintenance plan enjoy a reduced hourly rate of $75/hr.
- For non-maintenance plan customers, our web design hourly rate is $125/hr.
If you’re curious, our rate is still on the lower end of the scale compared to other web agencies with our 25+ years of expertise and customer care. (Most professional freelancers and design teams are charging anywhere between $75-$250/hr)
We intentionally keep this hourly rate as low as possible for clients so they can afford our hourly services when needed. Reach out with any questions or to set up a retainer of hours for some website updates!

How do we bill for services?
We bill in advance.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. All major credit cards, Apple & Google Pay, ACH direct debit, and a buy-now-pay-later option thru Affirm or Klarna.
How do I get to your office?
PrePandemic I had a lovely loft office located in the Historic Carrousel District in Mansfield, Ohio for six years. And, I loved every minute of it.
Today, I’m back in my home office, and do not take visitors here. I still go out to meet and call on local customers, but outside my area; Zoom meetings or a phone call is preferred.
